Description:
Barre Balance + Align is a full-body class that blends the elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga, with a strong emphasis on balance, alignment, and mindful movement. Using the barre for both support and challenge, you’ll enhance your awareness of posture, placement, and control through dynamic, low-impact exercises. The class targets both the upper and lower body, then moves to the mat for focused core work, finishing with a deep, restorative stretch.
Suitable for all levels. Please inform the instructor of any injuries before class.
