    Learn the basics of barre and body conditioning (on and off the barre) in a fun environment with modern music. Work on your balance, alignment, composure and coordination to enjoy improved mobility, stability and posture. Everyone is welcome with progressions and regressions available to suit all levels.
    Please bring some socks, a yoga mat & water.
