    HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training.
    The class is designed with intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
    The class involves strength and functional movements, but the emphasis is on getting the heart rate up.
    Please bring water & towel.
