  • Description:
    A total body workout that combines elements of ballet, yoga and pilates into one class. You will start with 20-30 minutes at the barre focusing on the lower body, with low impact, dance inspired moves and quite a bit of a burn. You will then transition down to the mat to continue your workout “Pilates” style (upper body, abs, obliques, stretch).

    Suitable for all levels. Please mention any injuries to the instructor.
