    Our first comprehensive class!
    A class that works on lengthening and strengthening the body with a particular focus on the core and pelvic stabilisation muscles designed for pelvic alignment. Elimination of back pain with some stretches, using a strap.
    Followed by fascia release tools and movements to create space in the body, an essential class for everyone if you're wanting to gain strength, increase muscle, increase flexibility and movement through the body to eliminate fat - it’s important we create the space to make it happen. This class is designed to create that space and leave you feeling amazing. Also great for creating space in the muscle fascia to promote muscle mass and growth.
