    Our boxing classes are certain to be an incredible workout! You’ll strengthen your entire body from head to toe, including your muscular and cardiovascular systems, with a huge focus on your shoulders, arms, and core! This class will get your blood flowing, your heart pumping, all whilst having fun and releasing your stress!

    Please bring towel and water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes early if this is your first class :)
