    Our Pop Pilates is a low impact, upbeat class. With Pilates inspired movements to help build strength and flexibility, all using your own bodyweight. This class will help you develop a rock-solid core and leave no muscle untouched!

    Please bring towel and water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes early if this is your first class :)
