    This moderate intensity class focuses primarily on toning, strengthening, and shaping the lower body (bum and legs) and building that core strength. This circuit-based class will incorporate resistance and bodyweight movements that target the lower body and core, for that ultimate burn!

    Please bring towel and water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes early if this is your first class :)
