    This interval, circuit-based class is the ultimate mix of strength and endurance, working all muscle groups with a variety of upper, lower, bodyweight, core, and conditioning exercises. This class is guaranteed to push you out of your comfort zone, burn that excess fat, all whilst being encouraged by our trainers and, of course, having fun!

    Please bring towel and water bottle and arrive 5 minutes early if this is your first class :)
