  • Description:
    This full body strength-based class is sure to get you strong, fit and toned. You will improve strength, muscle tone, definition and endurance by utilising barbells, free weights, and bodyweight movements. This class will focus on upper and lower resistance-based exercises, as well as core strength, plyometrics and explosive power.

    Please bring towel and water bottle and arrive 5 minutes early if this is your first class :)
