A 30-minute class that mixes Pilates, Barre, and gentle recovery techniques for a well-rounded session. In the first half, we focus on simple, low-impact movements using light weights and resistance bands to warm up, build strength, and connect with your muscles. Then we shift into a stretch and recovery session with dynamic stretches and easy movements to help release tension, boost flexibility, and relax your body. It’s a feel-good class that leaves you refreshed, centered, and connected to yourself—great for all fitness levels!
