Description:
This is a freestyle cycle class. Cycling is a great cardiovascular exercise that will help you lose weight, improve strength, and increase endurance. Whether this is your entire workout or supplemental to yoga, weight training, or another form of exercise, one thing is for sure: you’ll work up a sweat.
During a cycling class, you’ll engage your major lower-body muscles, including your glutes, calves, hamstrings, and quads. The instructor will motivate you to give your all so that you can reach your fitness goals.
