    Functional Mobility workouts are specifically designed around flexibility, mobility and stability. Each workout draws inspiration from a mix of sports, yoga, callisthenics and rehabilitation. This class helps you move better, reduces risk of injury, helps rehabilitate niggles and discomfort in joints and muscles and aids in getting you strong!
    Functional Mobility workouts are zero impact and perfect for recovery days or general human optimisation - making you more mobile and functional and complimenting all other types of exercise.
