Using simple bodyweight movements and high-intensity intervals, you’ll get maximum results in just 30 minutes—plus enjoy the benefits of the afterburn effect long after the session ends. Move at your own pace with the support of a motivating instructor, great music, and feel-good vibes. All fitness levels welcome.
