This ranges from Foundational Strength, to Hypertrophy, to Pure Strength, while the structure and feel is very different to BodyPump.
    Les Mills Strength Development is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Progress through the essential elements of strength training with controlled movements. Whether mew to lifting or a seasoned pro, SD will build muscle, improve technique, and grow your confidence so you can train more powerfully in the studio and on the gym floor.
