    This slow-paced style is practiced entirely on the ground, with poses held for long periods. There is no dynamic movement, which allows the body to gently open and release while cultivating steadiness. The practice invites both body and mind to settle into stillness. Classes may explore different themes, from energy pathways (meridians) to focusing on specific areas of the body. Eash session begins with a mindful pause and ends with a full relaxation phase, leaving you calm and restored.
    Please bring your own bolster or cushio for this session.
